Overview
Discover a creative and funny team building and show your employees that it is possible to have a good time working together… on the creation of a song!
Music is a tool for getting involved, innovating and re-energizing your work force. In an interactive way, you will create and record your song that will be a lasting part of your entreprise culture. As well as their future professional relationships, this experience is a fun and exciting way for your team to build friendships.
You do not have to be a professional singer or have musical experience to love this workshop. You will just have to sing and being proud of the sound you will create with your team.
Content
Co-workers will have to choose one song among a great list of songs and record it live!
Once the theme chosen, your team begins to write its song. Lyrics can deal with the company, its atmosphere, its story and its relationships with its workers.
After learning the song with a band manager that will help your co-workers along the way, you will record the track live in the studio. Lastly, you will have a fun professional photo-shoot which will become the CD’s special album cover!
